Autoradiographies of 125 I-TNC-Ab and 99m Tc-MIBI in rats with and without postconditioning. Intense 125I-TNC-Ab uptake was observed in the area at risk that was represented by the perfusion defect of 99mTc-MIBI at 1 and 3 days after reperfusion, followed by moderate uptake at 7 and 14 days after reperfusion. Postconditioning attenuated the 125I-TNC-Ab uptake at all reperfusion times.
