Delayed images on LFOV PET/CT clarified the unclear finding in sacrum in a 73-year-old BCR patient. The sacral metastasis was vaguely visible at the early image (tile B), with a SUVmax value of 2.2. Delayed image showed the SUVmax value increased to 7.3 (tile C). The CT image showed no clear morphological change (tile A)
