Expression of DGCR2 and insulin of SC-islets A. Before transplantation, SC-islets immunostained for DGCR2 (green), insulin (red) and nuclei (blue) showed co-localization of DGCR2 and insulin. After transplantation, the expression of DGCR2 (green) was observed in retrieved grafts of SC-islets. The expression of DGCR2 was observed to co-localize with the expression of insulin in SC-islet grafts retrieved from both B. abdominal muscle site and C. neck muscle site. Scale bar 50 µm
