  1. Mouse-to-human dose extrapolations were based on time-integrated activity coefficients (TIACs) obtained from biodistribution data on mice, reported in [25]. Human TIACs were calculated for male and female subjects with five different computational methods and used as input in OLINDA/EXM v.2.1 to derive gender average (GA) organ absorbed doses (ADs) and effective doses (ED) according to the ICRP-103 [32].
