Coronal fusion images display multiple, metabolically active lesions in both kidneys (c). On coronal MR T2-TIRM images both kidneys are enlarged and corticomedullary junctions are blurred (d). Multiple foci in both kidneys are almost restricted in diffusion (ADC about 908 × 10–6 mm2/s) (e)
