  1. [18F]NaF cardiac uptake was assessed in 12 uremic ApoE−/− (Ur), 9 non-uremic Apo−/−, and 3 control mice at 12 weeks old and in 9 Ur, 4 NUr, and 4 Ctl at 16 weeks old. [18F]NaF aortic uptake was assessed in 8 Ur and 5 NUr at 12 weeks old and in 4 Ur at 16 weeks old. Results are expressed in arbitrary units. ND not done when there was no visible aortic uptake
