PET imaging using L- and D-18F-FBPA (a, b) and L- and D-11C-CMT (c, d) in C6 glioma-bearing rat brains. Rats anesthetized by isoflurane were positioned prone on a fixation plate. After a transmission scan for 15 min, 10 MBq of each PET probe was intravenously injected, and an emission scan was performed for 90 min with 18F-FBPA or for 60 min with 11C-CMT. Summation images from 60 to 90 min for 18F-FBPA and from 30 to 60 min for 11C-CMT were reconstructed, and SUV images were created
