A significant difference (p ≤ 0.05) was measured between prostate cancer lesions with a Gleason score of 6–7 and 8 and lesions with a Gleason score of 8 and 9–10. This potentially indicates that an increased tumor dedifferentiation/heterogeneity is accompanied by a gradual rise in the asphericity.
