(a) The in situ formation of GPT hydrogels occurred via an enzyme-mediated reaction using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and H2O2 in an aqueous solution. (b) Elastic modulus (G') of the GPT hydrogels (3% w/w) was measured with different H2O2 concentrations (0.0038% to 0.0075% w/w).
