Effects of K 1 change in the target region on k 3 bias. The results in 40-min 3P++ (open triangle), 40-min 3P + (open square) and 90-min 4P (open circle) analyses are shown. Simulated target TACs were generated by 4P model with five different K 1 values (0.12 to 0.24 mL/g/min). The k 3 bias was calculated as bias (%) = (estimated k 3/true k 3 – 1) × 100.
