FEV1, forced expiratory volume over one second; FVC, forced vital capacity; TLC, total lung capacity; RV, residual volume; DLCOc, single breath dilution carbon monoxide test adjusted for haemoglobin concentration in the blood. Lung function values without bronchodilator use are reported as percentage of predicted reference values (% pred).
