Dose–response relationships between blood samples (white blood cells—WBC, platelets, neutrophil granulocytes and Hb) and absorbed doses to bone marrow, presented as a volcano plot. Data are shown for blood samples collected 31–45 days after each treatment. While correlations were found for all patients (black markers), the correlations were generally stronger in patients with skeletal metastases (orange markers) compared to those without (purple markers). Only Hb showed a correlation between change in concentration and absorbed dose from previous treatment (open circle markers). All other correlations were for cumulated absorbed dose. Markers with low confidence (p values > 0.01) and weaker correlations than 0.3 are greyed out
