Number of animals used in each experiment, timeline for tracer and iodinated contrast media injections, and number of tumors and organs used for quantification are displayed. Volumes injected for IV contrast media (eXIA 160XL, Fenestra VC, or Fenestra LC) ranged from 0.10 to 0.15 mL in mice and were 0.80 mL in rats, and those for IP injections (iohexol at a concentration of 100 mg I/mL) were 1 mL in mice and 3 mL in rats.
