Mice with CIA were scored according to degree of inflammation (swelling and erythema) in each paw on a scale from 0 to 4. b Flow cytometric analysis with infiltration of CD4+ T cells and neutrophils as percent of viable cells in the carpal and tarsal joints from control, dexamethasone (DXM) treated and untreated CIA mice.
