Tracer distribution over time of one representative subject. Depicted is an MR image for anatomical comparison to the PET images: a activity in kBq/cc (not decay corrected); b standardized uptake value (SUV; decay corrected). The radioligand (R)-[11C]Me-NB1 showed high initial uptake in the thyroid, lungs, spleen, pancreas and kidneys. In contrast, activity in the bone marrow (substituted by the vertebrae L4 and L5) and the liver built up over a longer period. Increase in the bladder volume over time is clearly visible. The first seven cycles are shown because of the advanced time and the low activity in the last cycles
