Scheme of the study. 18F-FDG PET and RNA sequencing data were obtained from NSCLC radiogenomics dataset in TCIA. Four 18F-FDG parameters were measured from manually assigned ROI of primary tumor. RNA sequencing data used for molecular subtype assignment and immune-related quantification. Statistical analysis was performed by integrating 18F-FDG parameters and genomic signatures
