Example of a 81-year old patient with biochemical recurrence (PSA 1.5 ng/ml at the time of imaging. Para-rectal local recurrence (white arrow) was detected in late phase 68 Ga-PSMA PET/CT (B) because of enhanced tracer uptake (SUVmax 18.3), but was PET-negative in early phase68Ga-PSMA PET/CT (A).
