Images from a 66y-old female patient with a PDAC in the pancreatic corpus. Images on the left (a–d) were obtained prior to chemotherapy, images on the right (e–h) were obtained 14 days later, after one cycle of palliative chemotherapy with FOLFIRINOX. Axial T2 FS images (a, e) display no significant change in tumor size. However, PET showed a significant increase in MTV50% (33.8%) and TLG50% (19.9%) (b, f). Additionally, only a slight increase in ADCmean (7%) was seen (c, g). The follow-up CT (h) after 78 days reveals progressive disease despite 6 cycles of FOLFIRINOX compared to the baseline CT (d)
