Interim (after 44 Gy of radiation) transverse [11C]4DST PET image (c) shows decreased uptake in the primary region. Interim (after 40 Gy of radiation) transverse [18F]FDG PET image (d) shows decreased uptake in the primary region. She was classified as showing a non-complete response at 3 months after treatment
