At 1 month post-therapy, there is a decrease in lesion size with a resolution of perilesional edema and absence of contrast enhancement. The resolution of midline shift without evidence of cortical atrophy was also noted. Treatment effect is maintained at 6 months with a continued decrease in lesion size.
