Table 4 68Ga-PSMA and 18F-DCFPyL uptake in tumor and contralateral brain in micro-PET for U87, 9 L, and F98 models (each group n = 5) quantified by SUV and TBR (mean ± SD). SUV in the brain was significantly higher for 68Ga-PSMA than for 18F-DCFPyL in all tumor models leading to higher TBR for 18F-DCFPyL in all tumor models. The differences have to be interpreted carefully, since the data are influenced by the different spatial resolution when using 68Ga or 18F
