An 80-year-old male patient had a 3 cm solid mass in the head of the atrophic pancreas on CT (a). 68Ga-DOTANOC-PET/CT (b) showed intense uptake (SUVmax 79 g/ml) and 18F-FDG-PET/CT (c) was positive (SUVmax 3.4 g/ml, higher than liver background).
