The contrast at 1 h and 2 h with [18F]DiFA (TMR = 1.25 and 1.37, respectively) is better than that at 2 h with [18F]FMISO (TMR = 1.09) and equivalent to 4-h [18F]FMISO (TMR = 1.44)
