Multi-modality imaging characteristics in the patient (case 5) with a left frontal cortical infarction on diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) (a). Low 18F-THK-5351 uptake is noted in the ischemic core, and high uptake is noted in the peri-ischemic area over the corona radiata, the genu of the corpus callosum, and in the bilateral frontal areas (b, c).
