  1. Following i.v. administration in healthy animals, anaesthetised using isoflurane, blood plasma was obtained at 15 and 45 min. Blood plasma was separated into a polar and non-polar fraction using a SPE method. Non polar fractions were analysed on HPLC. Results are expressed as average percentage of total blood plasma activity ± standard deviation (n = at least three per data point). *Animals were sacrificed at 60 min post injection.
