Images are in radiological orientation. a The images at threshold of z = 1.5 show a widespread hyperperfusion in both occipital cortices but also a significant cluster in the right temporal lobe which was interpreted as the ictal onset zone with propagation to both occipital cortices. b The images at threshold of z = 2 show a clear focal hyperperfusion in the left occipital lobe with propagation towards the contralateral occipital lobe. The cluster in the right temporal lobe was much smaller and was interpreted as insignificant and caused by noise
