Serial MRI (T2W) (a, c) and TSPO PET binding (b, d) images of horizontal planes at the level of the lesion are shown. PET images are co-registered with the MRI (T2W) of the same animal at different times to localize the PET signal. Images correspond to the lesion evolution of the same animal over time
