Internalization of 4-[18F]FEBZA into B16F1 cells (~5 × 105 cells/well) at 37 °C. The data represents the percent of total cell-associated radioactivity and is the mean ± SD (n = 4). Majority of the cell-associated radioactivity is internalized and the cell surface bound fraction amount is negligible (<1%) at all time points and the remainder of the radioactivity was present in the media. The internalized fraction increased with time and reached plateau by about 120 min
