Absolute estimation bias on kinetic rate parameters of all tissue regions for various dynamic scan times, relative to those at 60 min. Shorter scan times introduced bias in estimates of parameters k 2–k 4. However, K 1 and the macroinflux parameter K i were relatively stable. For all parameters, 30 min of scan data seemed acceptable for accurate estimation
