Correlation between influx parameter K i and SUV (row A) was relatively poor within individual tissue groups compared to that in the total sampled tissue population, shown in Fig. 6. Good correlations were however, generally observed between compartmental modeling and Patlak slope (row B), showing the validity of a simplified Patlak model as a substitute for the more complex compartmental analysis
