Tissue time-activity curves shown for all included tissue regions, eight in tumor, nine in healthy prostate, and ten in muscle. Tissue curves for tumors plateaued or increased throughout the duration of the scan, but in most cases, those for healthy prostate peaked within the first 5 min, then plateaued or decreased. Muscle activity curves were much lower but always showed slight increases with time. Curves were time-shifted to match plasma input peaks and each plot shows a different ordinate scale in order to highlight tissue trends. For this and subsequent plots, tumors are respresented by triangles, healthy prostate by diamonds and muscle by squares
