Effects of acetaminophen on the uptake of 18F-BCPP-BF in the liver and kidney of the rat. Vehicle or acetaminophen at a dose of 100 or 300 mg/kg was intraperitoneally administered, and PET scanning was conducted using 18F-BCPP-BF 2 or 24 h after the administration of acetaminophen. Summation PET data from 15 to 30 min were reconstructed for SUV images, and PET images were then superimposed on individual X-CT images as described in the legend of Fig. 1
