Uptake of 111 In-DTPA-cNGR was higher in hFGF2-supplemented Matrigels compared with controls. The uptake of 111In-DTPA-cNGR in hFGF2-supplemented Matrigels was significantly higher compared with that in the control muscle tissue while uptake of 111In-DTPA-cNGR in the control Matrigels was non-significantly different compared to that in the control muscle tissue.
