For each method a group of 6 boxplots are presented, each belonging to one shape with (b, d) and without (a, c) prior EQ.PET filtering. Each boxplot includes the validation results from all clinical reconstructions. In case of %VE, the y-axis range has been limited to −100 to 200 for better readability.
