For each method a group of 6 boxplots are presented, each belonging to one sphere size, with (b, d) and without (a, c) prior filtering. Each boxplot represents the distribution (mean and quartiles) of validation results from all clinical reconstructions. In case of %VE, the y-axis range has been limited to −100 to 200 for better readability.
