  1. Bias was calculated by comparing the obtained values of K1, VT and K i with those used in the 2T4k model to generate time-activity curves (i.e. the 2T4k model has no bias for 0% noise). Bias due to noise can be appreciated by comparing the obtained bias with those at 0% noise.
