Plaque-to-background ratios were calculated from the intensity profiles derived from the areas enclosed in black boxes (FC column). (b) Frontal cortex (FC) to cerebellum (CB) ratios were calculated for TG (filled symbols) and WT (open symbols) animals at different ages.
