Two representative sets of SPECT/CT scans of rats before and after re-treatment with177Lu-DOTATATE. The two images at the left represent a rat with liver metastasis; the lesion was not detectable anymore on the scan with 111In-DTPA-octreotide made 8 days after 177Lu-DOTATATE PRRT. The two images at the right represent a rat treated for lung metastases. On the right, scan after injection of 111In-DTPA-octreotide was made before euthanasia of the rat because of ongoing weight loss. LuM, lung metastasis; LiM, liver metastases; Kd, kidney.
