Biodistribution of (A) 111In-Fab and (B) 125I-Fab in tumours and organs of SCC tumour-bearing mice. The target antigen CD44v6 is expressed moderately in H314 tumours and to a high extent in A431 tumours. The animals were sacrificed at 6-h (black bars), 24-h (dark grey), 48-h (light grey) and 72-h (white) post injection. The data are expressed as percentages of injected activity per gram of tissue, %ID/g, except for the thyroid (inset), which is expressed as percentages of injected activity per organ.
