The first lesion (A) has a central necrosis, leading to relatively high differences (SUVmax, 17.9%; MTV, 39.2%; TLG, 19.6%) after coregistration. For the second, rather homogeneous lesion (B), the differences are substantially lower (SUVmax, 7.4%; MTV, 7.6%; TLG, 1.4%).
