  1. The animal models were injected with double (FDG-SPIO)-labeled ASCs via different methods of cell delivery. Each group of studies is numbered. All animals were imaged with microPET and 7-T MRI scanners. Whole-body PET data were acquired following the images of the heart at the center of field of view. The animals that died during the PET imaging (in the left ventricle injection group) were not imaged with MR.
