Twelve-year-old boy suffering from Burkitt lymphoma (Table 2 , patient 9). The lymphoma was localized in the left axilla (A, B). SUVmax at baseline was 30.9 and decreased to 2.7 at interim. Visual iPET assessment was judged to be iPET-positive (C), whereas Δ SUVmax analyses indicated a sufficient decrease (Δ SUVmax, 91.2%). CIM (B, D) confirmed a complete response unconfirmed at interim. Histological examination of the visual iPET-positive finding ruled out viable lymphoma cells. The patient is still in remission (clinical follow-up, 66 months).
