Effect of blood sample timing errors. (A) Goodness of fit was best at no delay between IF and TAC but significantly decreased within the investigated range of time delay. (B) CMR_glc was sensitive to timing errors. A delay of as little as 5 s in either direction resulted in significant changes. (C) Timing errors led to large deviations in all single rate constants.
