Data were calculated from blood and urine samples and presented as mean ± SD. Renal extractions were corrected to a mean time. Fraction excreted in urine at 120, 180 and 240 min after injection of tracer. Fractions retained in kidney were calculated as the amount of the injected dose cleared from the plasma by the kidneys.
