Cellular and nuclear uptake of 111
In-BnDTPA-F3. The 231-H2N cells were exposed to 111In-benzyl-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (BnDTPA)-F3 alone or in combination with a 100-fold molar excess of cold, unlabeled BnDTPA-F3 or anti-nucleolin antibody for various times. (A) Membranar fraction, (B) cellular internalization, and (C) nuclear localization of 111In were determined. Results are expressed as mean ± SD of three independent repeats.
