(B) High radioisotope uptake in the distal radial epiphysis with bumpy RC joint surface, representing persistent bone remodeling after consolidated distal radial fracture (left: 3D-SPECT, right: fusion SPECT/CT). Occupational therapy was initiated after SPECT/CT.
