  1. Method A is the single-tissue compartment model with uncorrected and metabolite-corrected arterial plasma input functions. Method B is the two-tissue compartment model with uncorrected and metabolite-corrected arterial plasma input functions. Method C is the graphical plasma input model with metabolite-corrected arterial plasma input function. Method D is the graphical reference tissue model with a cerebellum time-activity curve. Method E is the reference tissue model with a cerebellum time-activity curve. Method F is the simplified reference tissue model with a cerebellum time-activity curve. Region 2 is the striatum, region 3 is the hippocampus, region 4 the is frontal lobe, and region 5 is the thalamus.
