In each mice, the brains are indicated; the difference in tracer brain uptake between wild-type (no pretreatment), knock-out, and with cyclosporine-pretreated wild-type mice is clearly visible (color scale: black, lowest radioactivity uptake; red, highest radioactivity uptake).
